I bought some joysticks from these guys and the service was fantastic, but
it appears that their website is completely broken?

It does look like it. Well, they also give e-mail, telephone and postal

Bill Griffin, the proprietor is aware of the problem and is trying to get
it sorted out. He's still selling via eBay and you could always phone him.
He's a great guy and his prices are quite reasonable.
