Is it safe? It looks like one of those "too good to be true" things. There is no mention of who they are, what they do with the pictures, no easily found terms of service, etc.

Mejuba is small company just started and is in its beta version although fully functional. I agree the privacy policy and terms are missing - but i know for a fact that both are being put up this weekend. Too good to be true endeed. According to creator Mejuba will take on flickr, photobucket and the other big ones. So will see. So far i have been very impressed with the site. I think you both will be too. Peter.
