Bothers me to have to download a java program to do something that can
be easily done with ftp or a browser. Don't think I'd risk it on
my primary machine. Never got it to work with linux/seamonkey.

I've been using www.aviary.com (watermarks)BTW Flickr's privacy
settings don't work,anyone can see the pics I've set as private.

This is quite an assortment of webware; more than I have time to delve
into very deeply at this point. I intend to see if the results can be
stored locally or have to be uploaded.
