I presume the Yammie synth outputs are at nominal line level as opposed to mic level. Inexpensive mixers pretty much use XLR inputs for mics only and TRS jacks ( like stereo jacks but it's a balanced mono signal ) for line level. You might get away with it with the mic gain trim turned to minimum but why not just use XLR to TRS leads ? Graham
