Suspicious of that statement as Mins brain has been proven to not
exist

While not strictly true it amounts to much the same thing. Lets just
say that what should have been grey matter is really just mashed
potatoes. Fortunately, for us, nature has ensured that those who fail
to use their brain effectively usually fail to breed. It takes time
but eventually they are removed from the gene pool. Only to be
replaced by a new genrration of younger crackpots. It was ever thus.

Usenet is rather unique in not having any real sanctions against such
morons except for textual/verbal abuse. These clots survive in a
bubble of virtual (anonymous) unreality. Despised by all but still
enjoying their masochistic feedback from those who insist on posting
in their threads. It is all a silly game involving a vanishingly small
audience. A ritual which allows mash potato to let off steam. (by
proxy) The village mentality gets an airing and everybody lives
happily ever after. :-)
