Just going through this myself for a client...

In the delivery error message, there should be a link to spamhaus.org.
Click on it and then click on the CBL link on that page. It should take you
to a CBL page explaining the procedures for delisting your IP address.
Since I suspect your using a 3rd party email hosting company, according to
the CBL page, only that hosting company can accomplish this delisting
through CBL. Bottom link, fill out a trouble ticket with your email hoster
to have this fixed.

BTW... if you're using a 3rd party hoster for email, there is little you
can do to prevent this as you share a mail server with several hundred other
domains, all using the same mail server that can become infected or be
identified as a spammer. (The mail server IP address for all these domains
is the same as yours). Hosting your own mail or, possible, having your ISP
host your mail may be the only viable solutions (and even these would not be
guaranteed to never be listed as a spammer).
