I took my problem to CodeWavers and they were very helpful. But
unfortunately the outcome was that CrossOver does not support Microsoft
..NET 3.5, and Card Studio 2009 Deluxe requres this version to run :-(

However, Hallmark have brought out a Macintosh version of Card Studio,
which is priced st $39.99. Their web site will not let me buy it
(perhaps it can detect I am in the UK, or maybe there is some other
reason) so I shall have to wait for it to become available here. But I
am drifting off topic :-)
