Create a Banking > Transactions report. Customize to eliminate as many
to-be-unaffected transactions as possible; if possible, sort in a sequence
that will place the transactions you want to delete contiguously.

Select multiple transactions (in the report), as you would select multiple
files in Windows Explorer. Click the report "Edit" button (not the
Quicken Edit menu choice). Click "Delete Transaction(s)". Be patient, it
can be a very slow process.
