Do you have some solution to add buffers and manage whit this methodology the projects?
From: vanita on 26 Nov 2009 22:52 Hi William You may use the software 'Concerto'. That is best suited for CCPM. In MSP if we want to practice CCPM, we may add a task as buffer at the end of Critical chain and Feeder chains, instead of adding buffer component in each activity duration. I hope it helps.
