Outlook Scheduling tries to reinstall Project - missing CAB file
We use Win XP Pro SP3 with Office 2003 (meaning also Outlook 2003 and Project 2003). I have a user that setup a meeting in Outlook just fine. Scheduling Assistant showing wrong time zone for client

All my Contacts and Calendar information are missing.
I went to open my Outlook yesterday, and it said that the .pst file could not be found.
