group you posted to, try the hardware group of what ever version of Windows

No idea from where these posts are being fed. But I noticed that they
are extremely formal about posting on the *right *forum. All they do is
tell the person to post somewhere else instead of helping them. Funny
behavior. Must be very frustrating for an inexperienced OP.

Isn't that the point of having more than 1 newsgroup? You have
separate groups for specialized knowledge and help.
