Try resetting the view or starting Outlook with the /cleanviews command
switch.

How do I start Outlook with the /cleanviews command switch? Of course I can
click on the icon, but I don't know how to add switches.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, starting Outlook with the /clearview
switch didn't help. Any other ideas?
