Yes I am out of ideas... you have appointments you can see in the archive
in all appointments view but not in day/week/month when you view the date
range the appointments are in. You confirmed the date range on the
appointments and the /Cleanviews switch didn't help so its not a filter
hiding the appointments.

Okay, but I have 2 questions:
1-in the "all appointments" view, what folder am I looking at? Is there a
calendar folder? If there is a "calendar" folder, I don't see it in the
folder list when I click on inbox.
2-you asked the question about syncing with another device. I do sync with
my Blackberry storm. Do you know what kind of issues that can cause? I can
call them for support (through Verizon), but do you know how I should ask my
question?

Press Ctrl+6 to go to the folder list. How many calendar folders do you
have? Do you see the Archive's calendar folder?

If you sync with a blackberry and did not set the BB to keep appointments
forever, it will delete them from the BB and from outlook on the next sync.

I've had 2 personal files over the years, so I open them both up. So, I have
2 archive files, and as I performed all of the instructions you gave me
before, I would open all four at a time.
