From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 28 Apr 2010 08:03 Yes I am out of ideas... you have appointments you can see in the archive in all appointments view but not in day/week/month when you view the date range the appointments are in. You confirmed the date range on the appointments and the /Cleanviews switch didn't help so its not a filter hiding the appointments. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM New Poll: What type of email account is your main account? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=42402 "Ken W" <KenW(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:0581B3EF-F6FB-4A26-860B-C40E90FD5C7A(a)microsoft.com... > Hello? From: Ken W on 28 Apr 2010 12:28 Okay, but I have 2 questions: 1-in the "all appointments" view, what folder am I looking at? Is there a calendar folder? If there is a "calendar" folder, I don't see it in the folder list when I click on inbox. 2-you asked the question about syncing with another device. I do sync with my Blackberry storm. Do you know what kind of issues that can cause? I can call them for support (through Verizon), but do you know how I should ask my question? From: Diane Poremsky [MVP] on 28 Apr 2010 23:47 Press Ctrl+6 to go to the folder list. How many calendar folders do you have? Do you see the Archive's calendar folder? If you sync with a blackberry and did not set the BB to keep appointments forever, it will delete them from the BB and from outlook on the next sync. From: Ken W on 29 Apr 2010 10:43 I've had 2 personal files over the years, so I open them both up. So, I have 2 archive files, and as I performed all of the instructions you gave me before, I would open all four at a time. Ken "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: > Press Ctrl+6 to go to the folder list.
