From: Ab on 19 May 2010 13:50 In SBS2008 where can you display the Computer Description field of your network computers? The default view allows this in 2003. In the 'Network' icon there is no field to display the optional description that say XP machines can have. Maybe I'm missing it.

I get annoyed at the extra step where I have to click to see the details. It shows up in AD Users and Computers. Probably a simple click if you know how to edit xml or whatever they use to make that console view. Over my head though. Scripts have been developed to get and keep them in sync, but OOB, there is none. -- /kj |
