All the Windows Updates do not want to install, actually I'm missing 10
now. Error code is always 0x80071a30 whatever I do!

I've tried to clean SoftwareDistribution folder and so on without
success. I have also tried the Windows troubleshooting articles.

Windows Defender and Office update, for the others even if I download
them manually and update they fail with this error code.

Also, each one loads exactly 11% before it fails, no matter what the
size of the download file!
