I have successfully completed all of the prior steps in the migration manual
"Window Small Business Server 2008 - Migrate to Windows Small Business Server
2008 from Windows Small Business server 2003"

Both Hardware boxes are Dell PE Servers as follows:

Source Server - Dell PE2900 SBS 2003 premium x86, dual Intel Xeon, 4GB RAM,
Raid 5

Destination Server - Dell T610 SBS2008 premium x64, dual Intel xeon, 32 GB
RAM, Raid 1, Raid 5, waiting for the source server migration files.

I have tried everything the web/forums/experts exchange had to offer with
no luck. I have tried re-installing/repairing all of the net runtime programs
in add/remove programs and I don't know what else try. Please help, I really
need to migrate the servers ASAP.

Can you try setting up another user account and trying a new Admin?

Install the latest .net framework service pack - I had that happen to me!!!!!! that fixed it.
