Search on Google for Reflector and Lutz Roeder and you'll find it. Reflector
has been around as long as there have been beta versions of .NET, and it is
updated with each new version. There are also 3rd party add-ins that can
convert what you see with Reflector to files or even whole projects.

Still, if you are looking for the easiest way to get lots of VO code to
..NET, the easiest will still be Vulcan. Although it is possible to convert
the MSIL generated by Vulcan to C# or VB or even Delphi, I'm not sure why a
VO developer would choose to do that.
