Use Pazera Free FLV to AVI Converter 1.2:

http://www.pazera-software.com/products/flv-to-avi-converter/

to convert the FLV files to .avi files with the same encoding,
resolution and frame rate. Then use Video Edit Master V1.8:

http://software.tutorialsroom.com/

to join them all into one file.

No ad, CD, commercial, cripple, demo, nag, share, spy, time-limited,

I have found this behavior of VLC with other container formats as well; it
is not restricted to FLV. For some reason it is picker or slower about
recontructing the contents of the video frame after an edit (either at the
immediate beginning of a file, or within).

VLC is an excellent and versatile player which will show files that
occasionally nothing else will play at all. It is also capable of smoother
output on slower machines than other players. But it definitely has its
warts.

I'm pretty sure that DVD Flick accepts FLV inputs directly (producing a
DVD at the end, of course). It's a while since I did it, but, for fun, I
did make a full-length DVD movie of 'The Time Machine' from the parts
available on YouTube.
