Dell Warranty - Not Bad
We have a Dell XPS laptop. It's 10 months out of warranty. Two days ago the motherboard failed. Problem with the onboard GPU. Rang Dell. DVD writer issue SOLVED
The solution was obvious, but of course one tends not to look there first. I had a program running in the background which was always automatically starting at boot up time. I disable it and DVDs burn perfectly now. Thanks to all who gave advice in my previous posts. Andy ... 12 May 2010 00:29
