From: roccogrand on 26 Mar 2010 20:17 Recently I have having to wait for Word to reconfigure itself everytime I reboot my PC (about once a week). I get a progress window that says Configuration Progress. I understand that this issue is related to a file in Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12. I have two ID_xxxxx.DPC files in this folder. How do I figure out what ID file is associated with my personal profile on this machine? Thanks. David
