Copy Picture

From: Lynne on 29 Mar 2010 16:35 When I use the Copy Picture feature in Project, the task description column does not appear. The step # and indicator columns do as well as the Gantt chart itself. I have successfully done this many times to include the 'picture' in a presentation. What has changed? Help! btw, if I print the screen everything appears. It is only when I try to save it as a gif file that the column disappears. I am using Project Standard 2003. Thanks. -- Lynne -- Lynne
From: Rod Gill on 29 Mar 2010 16:46 Try making sure that the Gantt chart divide is not covering part of the Name column by double-clicking on it. If I am understanding your response, all columns would not print if they were partially covered. . .right? I am not familiar with Gantt chart divide. . ..at least I have not knowingly used it. Everything looks correct on the screen. It prints properly. What else should I be checking?
