No. There is another explanation of fast orbits at the outer parts of
the galaxies than Dark Matter.

Unfortunately the dark matter advocates insist
that doubters have to prove the negative. They
don't think they need to prove anything.

Aether has no special place of its own because it is the same material
as matter.

The Earth is made of it.

Aether and matter are different states of the same material.

Earth is in the round aether. Part of the Earth is its time flow rate.
That would make the Earth a clock. Particles are more importantly
Aether Waves with energy substance that vibrates by their push.

Correct. Moving particles have associated aether waves.

Aether is displaced by matter.
