What is the number of the output ic in a Delco model 16084263 radio
out of a 1992 olds delta 88 royal.

Your best off just finding a core a using a used one. Delcos had
proprietary parts. Might be a DM165 or such but its been awhile since i
worked on one. There are many cores in the salvages stores if you
hunt around. Many years and models have the same parts.
If your lucky, maybe soldering it up might fix it.
