Don't sweat the AMD64 report. Mine does the same thing. It has no bearing on the computer. Have you run a full virus scan? If you're running Norton or McAfee, in many cases you'll have to turn it off due to them blocking the download. -- "Don't pick a fight with an old man. From: PA Bear [MS MVP] on 17 May 2010 18:50 What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall (if any)? Has a(another) Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on the computer (e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought it)? Is this a Win7 64-bit computer or...? Had the McAfee free trial period expired by the time you installed the Norton/Comcast freebie? Did you run the "McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool" (and not another tool of any other name) before you installed the Norton/Comcast freebie? When did this behavior start, before you installed the McAfee free trial, while the McAfee free trial was installed, or after you'd installed the Norton/Comcast freebie?
