From: legal question on 15 Mar 2010 20:09 I am a US citizen living in Texas. I visited India on a vacation last October for 3 months. I purchased a Dell computer from the Dell website in India using a credit card. I then cancelled the order the next day. Now I'm back in Texas and after 6 months I still have not received my refund to my credit card. Dell sent me an email saying that they cannot refund the money to my credit card and they are going to send me a check in Indian Rupees to an address in India. Dell refuses to refund the money to my credit card. But I am an American Citizen, I want my money in US dollars, refunded to my credit card. Is there a way I can force Dell to refund my credit card in US dollars ?

I have used Paypal for years, and you can use them to deal with people worldwide.
