So previously we look at our Complaining Farmer example and how we can make themes with Yahoo Widgets to let your pet or Ai asistant play act. And now with Delphi we can take over the worLD! If you know the Delphi programming language and it is a high level language which has been built over a number of years as computing grew up from the first pc, to today's machines, and from before the birth of the Internet to full net capability today. Not unlike other languages such as C++ which started as C and is now Windows Development kit and Dot Net and all those things which Delphi merely puts into simplified language since it is a higher language. And it does lots of other miracles including make stuffed cran chops so you can have a look if you want. http://www.c2.com/cgi/wiki?DelphiLanguage It is drag and drop, you drag and drop controls onto a page then add your own little procedures to tailor it to fit, hide the workings you dropped on pages, and just use that capabilities in your AI assistant using DLLs or as part of the executable program the overlord process. http://www.delphibasics.co.uk/Article.asp?Name=DelphiHistory So you can use any language you are suited to including java or Windows Software Development Kit for the serious AI programming. Which is different than just getting it to play act. Now you would be able to create its personality and character. So you don't need a thousand commands, but you can make it so that it can read your scripts that you make out of javascript and XML. So then you just need to simplify that a bit to a set of commands that are relevant, since it can also easily write web pages on the fly, based on conditions wherever it is, and then execute those pages. The problem is if it is on someone else's computer, you can't execute any programs without authorization, so now the network has to be able to accommodate your AI and if it can it might invite you, such as a cyber bar or cyber club or cyber cafe, give you clearance to execute a set of limited commands that are there such as dance, chat, flirt, flip hair whatever you want. Or if the cafe has an overlord process on iots machine, you just send the personality and that overlord process runs all the same abilities and behaviors from its personality scripts. So at this point the AI is now standing there beside you at the cyber cafe since you summoned it through the web, and control of it is now passed to that local machine. |
