From: Kevin on 9 Feb 2010 09:25 Can anyone tell me if I can display information in the data table that is not graphed in the chart? Then can I not show the data that is being graphed? I have 10 lines of data, 4 are on the graph and I do not want them to be included in the data table. The other 6 items are related but not graphed and I have been asked to include them in the data table. Not sure this is possible. Thanks!
From: Luke M on 9 Feb 2010 12:00 Correct, this is not possible. You could include all the series, and then format the unwanted series with no fill/lines and no legend entry, but your data table would still have the numbers for the series that you can see. Note that you can insert a text box into a graph, and link it to a cell (which might help you bring in the info you want). Simply create a text box, type "=", and then click on the cell you want to link to. -- Best Regards, Luke M *Remember to click "yes" if this post helped you!* "Kevin" wrote: > Can anyone tell me if I can display information in the data table that is not > graphed in the chart?
