I'm sure that today the only applications shipped with a Mac are those
written by Apple, and that doesn't include Quicken.

Within a bit more than two years, I have obtained new Mac Pros. Neither
had Quicken.

I once bought Quicken. I never used it. It seemed to offer no benefit to
me over Excel. I knew how to use Excel. BTW, I am not a big fan of
Microsoft.

No, they don't. I don't think Macs have shipped with Quicken for years.
Quicken's out of favor with a lot of users because Intuit not only
hasn't paid much attention to it for several years, but is now offering
a replacement which amounts to a downgrade, and making no bones about it.

What do you use instead of Quicken?
