Good news if you use it (and if you don't, why not? Am amazed Apple
don't do this themselves now and I really miss it on the iPhone).

It's worth $15 to have badges on your Mail Dock icon?

It absolutely is, yes. Separate badges for separate mail accounts,
giving me a different unread count for each. And the $15 goes a long
way - I've had free upgrades for years now, plus support turned this
incompatibility round in one day.

I got it in a bundle, and used it for a while, but then it stopped
working when there was an update, and i didn't bother updating it.

It can be useful, but not something I miss enough to do anything about.

And, if you use the menubar badges, clicking on the badge opens the
corresponding mailbox in Mail. It really is very useful.
