Word 2007 Document Preview I'm running Word 2007 on Windows 7. I have Document Preview on. When I select File, Open, and then highlight any doc or docx file, the preview pane displays "This file can't be previewed because of an error in the Mcirosoft Office Word Previewer". Merge format switch issue condition My original post was fixed by formatting the excel data source cells as generic instead of numeric. Not sure why cell contents of only alpha could ever be construed as 0, but I guess the newer version of word infers much more than it used to. This is being done on Office 2007 applications.
