Sorting tracked changes

Soft page breaks don't show in Normal View
I'm using Word 2003 SP3 in Windows XP. In Normal View, soft page breaks do not appear. I switch to Print Layout View, then back to Normal View -- again, soft page breaks do not appear. Thesaurus no longer working
The thesaurus facility on my Word application is no longer working. When I try to look up a word, I just get back the result 'No results found. Please search again' in the results box.
