I am seeking a program that would inventory my computer and then tell which, if any, of these versions of dot net I need. Thanks for any comments/suggestions. orbro Ps-I know disk space is cheap etc. I simply prefer to keep my XP install as lean as possible.

If it turns out, you have a version not required by any of your programs, you can uninstall it. I use Revo.
