BTW and OT, we bought a WC (now TC >thanks to the dictator from Redmond) license about 12 or 13 years ago >and never had to pay for an update. > Now that you mentioned it... -------------------- BIG Time OT -------------------- I can count the number of programs that I've bought on one hand and a few fingers ;-) A file manager Nygnc Fnynznaqre (better than even TC IMO), A tabbed browser (before there was such a thing) ArgPncgbe (now defunct and I got it on a half price sale < $10.00), an excellent DVD Author QIQYno, a movie catalog program that I don't use cause I like Ant Movie Catalog better, NPQFrr Pynffvp cause it's the fastest photo viewer out there, CnvagFubcCeb cause I got it *very* cheap and a compression program - JvaEne cause I felt guilty using special offers and magazine cover versions. Any other commercial programs that I've used in the past came with hardware; Areb, CbjreQIQ and a few others I don't use any more regards Dud

I bought it when it first came out as Shareware (v2.0). $19.00 + $5.00 for PictView plugin. Heck, I spend that much on 100 DVD+R Disks ;-) Now it's too pricey :-( Copy & Paste from my old 4/29/01 receipt; 1 : 13805 : Servant Salamander with PictView Plug-in (50% discount) : 1 license : Registration Key by e-mail in 1 or 2 working days : $24.00 Publisher : ALTAP, Ltd.
