I saw the price a camera sold for, something like .12 cents, will the
seller have to deliver for that price, its got to be a scam.

Google it to see how it works, if you are really interested. From
what I understand, there are several different kinds of "auctions",
but they all seem to operate on the principal that each bid costs a
dollar, whether you win or not, and the auction time is extended each
time someone "bids". So if a camera produces a thousand bids, that's
$1K dollars to the seller/site (not sure quite how they divide this
up), even though the "sales price" is only 12 cents or whatever.

It could possibly be "legit", in that they can do what they say they
do, and can still make a profit. However, the potential for scam is
very high, via shill bidding, etc. I lost all interest in buying
anything there after I read how it works.
