From: WEV on 19 Jan 2010 11:05 In Outlook 2007 I have a recurring appointment. I changed some of the past appointments and edited subject. When I end recurrence and save, my past appointments lose changes and edits. How can I end appointment with out losing these changes and edits?

When you change the end date it regenerates the appointment. If you need to end it and keep past activity, export to Excel and import (after deleting all the other appointments from the excel sheet). -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "WEV" <WEV(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:B6601594-2539-43F9-A74B-4DF869D7E3AA(a)microsoft.com... > In Outlook 2007 I have a recurring appointment.
