Do you have an exceptions or notes in any of the events in the series? If not, you can change the End date. Making a change will regenerate the appointments and you'll lose all exceptions and notes. If you want to change it from weekly to monthly, you'll need to end the current series and make a new appointment. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "EricvU" <EricvU(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:E95A7F35-73F1-4273-9E21-30FC6068AC50(a)microsoft.com... > To my present knowledge I can only delete / modify a complete series of > appointments, not only the future ones. |
