Software Update alerted me that there was a new driver for my Epson
Artisan 50.

I figured it would be a case of Download and it would install
seamlessly.

I have finally managed to get it to work, but it was pretty labor
intensive - including a number of steps I had to find on the Epson site.

Is this typical?
