I am trying to figure out the angle between a line tangent to an
Archimedes Spiral at a given point and the line tangent to the circle
at the same point.

For clarity, let me say it in another way. I want the deflection
angle between a line normal to an Archimedes Spiral at some given
theta and the radial line from the center of the spiral to the point
of interest.

I have searched the web and could not find it. I have tried to derive
it, but my confidence is pretty low.

Can anyone help me either with the equation or with a link to a page
that has it.

Thanks.
