Any other info. this is really pissing me off and it is past due time
for windows support line :(

I have fixed the problems. It was the fact that Windows Firewall was
running that caused this. I just fail to see how when nothing was
changed that it would all of a sudden do that after 3 months+ of
running fine.

Well it is fixed now though.
