From: Erik on 9 Jun 2006 13:37 Hello I am having a huge problem with my network ATM. I rebooted my server and when it came back up I get a message stating: Could not Start the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) Service on Local Computer. Error 170: The requested resource is in use. The Report states: Date: 6/9/2006 Source: ipnathlp Time: 1:24:38PM Category: None Type: Error EventID: 32009 User: N/A Computer: OGMA Description: The Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service could not start because another program or service is running that might use the network address translation component (Ipnat.sys). This can occur when Routing and Remote Access is enabled. If this is the case, you must disable Routing and Remote Access before the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service can start. For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. I can get out to the internet with this system BUT no other system can access this one. it is invisible to the other computers on the network. I can ping other machines from this server BUT no other machine can ping this server. Please help this is VERY important that I get this back up ASAP! Thank you, Erik
