Jo, Are you using Run As Administrator when you launch IE? Right click on IE desktop icon and select Run As Administrator 1. Look in C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files 2. On the toolbar select View and click on Display 3. Are any of the controls listed as damaged? If so, right click on them and remove them. 4. You can right click on any control and select properties to view a description of the control. 5. You can also right click on any control and select update 6. Clear all your Internet Cache Files: Tools>Internet Options>General Tab>Delete Button>Delete All 7. You'll lose all your saved info when you delete them. 8.
