I don't know how this happened but the other grub stuff looks wrong too. in your shoes I would: a) read up on grub's menu.lst b) figure out where your operating systems are and what their locations are called in grub speak c) then read up on how to edit grub when booting. you can change menu.lst on the fly and boot in correctly. I would not bother to reinstall unless you just need the exercise and sport. Felmon
