From: Tommi Sohlberg on 15 Nov 2008 04:06 Hi, Problem solved. In registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup was registry value set to 1 for "PreInstallSetupInProgress" so that was the root cause.
