Ludwin,
have you figured out how to fix this problem?
I have the same problem and I find very difficult to find any useful
information anywhere.
I am using 2003 server R2 X64 enterprise edition with service pack 2
installed.
The solution in the post below "File Server Resource Manager (FSRM) will not
start" does not apply to my case.

I only found one other resolution to this problem in
http://techrepublic.com.com/5208-6230-0.html?forumID=101&threadID=208655&messageID=2507988
but I have no idea on how to get my hands on these old DLL files.
Only the SRMSVC.dll file on my server seems to be of the wrong size.

Any help will be appreciated.
