Dear List,

I have mortality data by age groups (below 1, 1-4, 5-9 etc.) and I would like to fit a curve to transform the grouped data into yearly data.

How could I do this? I tried ksdensity but I have no discrete data, only grouped.

Sorry for this, but I couldn't find any answers online.
