Have you read all the way down that listing?

Can you cut and paste the exact error?

I'm sorry I am unfamiliar with who PSS is and how to get ahold of them.
I am just surprised that all my google searches run into dead ends with the
same problem, and it seems to trace all the way back to 2002 with server
2000. The error codes and symptoms appear the same, but no resolution is
found. If I have to call someone I will, but the problem is finding who to
call.

Lyle,
I have the same error & symptoms. I found this MS white paper with exactly
the same error:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;134759 - it talks
about printer redirecting issues, that I do not have.

Let me know if this helps you!?!?!
