Not surprising really. They're hard to get parts for now so you
probably need 2 - one to use, one to cannibalize for parts.

Sat here looking at only 10 unmuted channels on mine today. Rare to see
more than 20 for the stuff I do.

Definitely the best desk for the money, just built another rolling rack (got
one of my old 01V in the top) - might upgrade that to an LS9/16 if I ever
need something better.,

And remember kids, RAID is safe and the UPS never fails, and Cisco routers
never develop intermittent faults, and external hard drives never fail with
only a month's use, and the DNS is reliable and resilient, and the
mailserver is protected from all forms of attack, and the replacement UPS
will be reliable as the first one was an unusual failure.

My Sunday morning program fills up the top layer of my 02R96 with 2 open
faders. There are at least 6 mics overflowing to the second layer.

When we bring in additional orchestral players for the holidays, the total
number of mic and electronic instrument channels is more like 36.

4 stereo line level sources are mixed in an outboard 8-input line mixer that
comes into the 02R96 as a single stereo pair. The Roland drum kit is mixed
outboard and comes in as a mono source.

36 channels of instruments and mono drums?

Sure glad I'm an Atheist!

If there was a god, he'd probably snuff you!
