Usually if a program requries it, it'll ask for it.

You were probably not offered any Framework updates because you no longer
had Framework installed and Framework is an optional update.
It would only be listed if you had Framework installed and then there were
critcal updates for that.

PLEASE START YOUR OWN THREAD. This one was started for the issue of
installing KB963707, KB953297, KB974417, KB974331 in XP, NOTHING ELSE !!
