One supply will struggle. The machine would have had N+1 redundancy,
not N+2. Now one PUS has popped its clogs, the chances of one of the
others following are now higher.

Buy a new machine and plan a wake, this box sounds like it deserves one!

Without access to the appropriate documentation I cannot comment with
certainty.

It looks to me as if the three power supplies were intended as
N+1 redundancy. The machine should run with two working power supplies.
If either one of those two dies, you are dead!

If you want a robust configuration, fix or replace the failed power supply!

A fully loaded E450 requires two PSU:s to operate, the third provides
redundancy.

"A third power supply is recommended for systems in which CPU,
memory, PCI cards, and internal storage populate more than 50 percent
of available slots."
