Who knows where can I download Fast Email Verifier v 1.72?
I would like to use this version, but it isn't whereever :)

I doubt it works. Well, I'd be surprised if it's 85% effective.

Thanks to spammers, few SMTP servers will give away whether a
particular email address is valid or not.
